MLC Tennis hot Shots is the only nationally recognised tennis grassroots participation program that is endorsed by Tennis Australia, and targets children aged 7-12 years old.

The use of modified balls and courts offer a unique stepping stone into tennis allowing every player to experiance maximum enjoyment!

MLC Tennis Hot Shots adknowledges three progressive stages and matches the individual skill levels of each player. The three progressive stages are represented by differnt colours - Red, Orange and Green.

Red Stage

  • Red Ball
  • 6m wide by 11m long
  • 4 mini courts
 Orange Stage

  • Orange Ball
  • 8m wide by 18m long
  • 1 mini court
Green Stage

  • Green Ball
  • Same size as full court
  • 1 full size court
